PRODUCT CARE
Our products are crafted from pure fabrics and are hand-dyed. All hand-dyed fabrics are prone to minor bleeding. Please dry all coloured clothes in shade and hand-wash them seperately in cold water, using mild detergent. Optionally, you may dry clean them.
You may find variations and irregularities in our hand-woven pieces. These are characteristic and an integral part of the hand crafted nature of these fabrics.
SHIPPING
Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of check out and are based on the total weight of the customer’s order.
All orders will be delivered within 10-14 business days. International deliveries may take up to 21 days. In case of customizations, we will get in touch with you to provide the specific details. Please note that in this case your order might be shipped later than the mentioned date depending on raw material availability.
RETURNS
We do not accept any returns. In case the product is damaged or a wrong product has been sent to you, please email us at wearazulie@gmail.com with details of the complaints of the order delivered to you. All shipping costs of returning the pieces are to be borne by the customer entirely.
Please note that we will examine the returned products on the basis of the customers' emails and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.
EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
For a size exchange please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the product. If the said item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the customer's bank account or credit/debit card. We do not provide any cash refunds.
We do not accept any returns/exchanges on sale products.
